14 Day Wildlife Photography Course

This course is aimed at present and would-be wildlife photographers as well as wildlife enthusiasts who wish to improve their photographic skills. After an intensive 14 days, the participants will emerge with better skills to become highly competent and extremely creative wildlife photographers. They will leave with photographic memories of close-up encounters with Africa’s wildlife. They will be empowered with new expertise, advanced knowledge and remarkably brilliant photographs.

We limit the number of participants to 7 (seven). This allows for individual mentoring by our staff as well as unencumbered game viewing from the vehicles. Each participant will have private en suite airconditioned facilities at Dumela Lodge near Kruger Park and private en suite facilities at Pumusa Bush Camp. Both venues have their own wildlife and are fenced.

The course will initially focus on technical aspects of basic photography such as aperture, shutter speed and ISO. Over the 14 days, input will be geared towards finer points of photography including composition and creativity.
